Principal's Welcome
Lehman Middle School is excited to welcome you to our webpage. We are committed to the middle school philosophy.  The development of the whole child is of utmost importance to us as well as providing a transition to the high school.
    There are many great initiatives we have introduced this year to support this mission as we realize it is important to address the intellectual and social/emotional development of the child.  Academically, we are committed to having the highest of standards with supports built into the learning process. For social/emotional development, we offer many school day supports through the counseling department, team teaching concept, and the Kids Team support program. Also, we offer many after-school programs that address social skills, academics, and fitness.
    Feel free to check us out! It is always our desire to do what is best for kids. We are committed to their growth and development!

The Lehman Music Department is interested in starting a guitar program through their General Music Classrooms.  Alas, there is no funding, so we are going to you for help.  If you have a guitar that is not being played anymore--acoustic or electric--and it needs a home, here is your chance. The Lehman Guitar Drive.

From September through October, Mr. Mason and Mrs. Baker will be collecting donated guitars and guitar equipment at Lehman Middle School.  If you would like to donate your guitar stuff, drop it off to Lehman Middle School any time of the day. Student interest should be very high for this program, so your donation will be helping some young adult discover the joy of music.
